Taking the form of a loose-leaf folder, the Handbook allows for the continuous add-on of information and regular updating. The first edition focuses on understanding Bologna and introducing its objectives and tools. Later supplements, distributed on a quarterly basis, will be devoted to implementation and will take a very practical hands-on approach to the main Bologna challenges being faced within institutions across Europe.
